Davita Web Content Analyst in Denver, Colorado

2000 16th Street,Denver,Colorado,80202,United States of America**Remote / Hybrid - 3 days per month onsite in Denver, CO**The Web Content Analyst will collaborate with cross functional business teamsto deliver an exceptional customer experience to the Village. They will have astrong background executing web best practices in concert with implementingand maintaining strong governance policies. This person has an eye forcompelling, relevant and well tagged content with customer-friendly copy.They will work with content owners and content managers to ensure that we areproviding the best user experience possible. The Web Content Analyst will be achampion of our intranet and use analytics to make informed decisions.Essential FunctionsResponsible for working with content owners and content managers to optimizeall web pages and content including homepage, landing pages, footercontent, and FAQUnderstanding and driving constant improvement of the intranet user experiencein the context of ensuring that all content is well-organized, easy-to-findand outcome-drivenEnsure all landing pages are fully optimized to drive Search EngineOptimization (SEO) and search efficienciesPlaying a key role in restructuring and maintaining the navigation, taxonomyand content direction and display on the intranetCreate action plans from site usage and campaign performance, includingcategory performance, quality of search, and promotional performanceDevelop and explore new analytics to further understand site performance andusageCreate and execute a personalization plan across devices; utilize sitesegmentation tools to personalize user experience and drive conversionPartner with content owners to define success metrics on the website, andprovide timely web analytics reporting to key stakeholdersBe an active part of the Net Promoter System - a way of working that bringsmore employee and customer feedback into the development team -by joininghuddles, making call backs and helping us elevate opportunities to do betterfor our teammatesStay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and continually innovate theteammate journeyOther duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications3-5 years working as a content specialist maintaining and developing contentstrategies and user journeysSQL experience - basic SQL queries.Experience with HTML, JavaScript.Strong analytics background, with the ability to analyze data to makecontent decisions that resonate with our audiencesExperience developing personalized content by target audienceWorking knowledge of enabling technologies, such as content managementsystems.Provides excellent customer serviceMust have strong communications skillsMust be detail orientedGoogle Analytics power user a plusBachelor's degree, Business, Marketing or Communications a plusWhat We'll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to whatmatters most.
