Engines: This role is part of the Blue Origin Engines business unit, where our focus is the design, development, manufacturing, and testing of engines and propulsion systems. Built for multiple uses, our family of engines is powering the next generation of rockets for commercial, civil, national security, and human spaceflight.

As part of a small, hardworking, and accomplished team of experts supporting Blue Engines analytics & reporting and software development, you'll work on solving problems that directly support our rocket engineers. As the Senior Technical Project Manager, you will set the standard and best practices for how we execute our project delivery. You will fill a flexible role within a fast-paced development team, collaborating with business customers and developers to deliver software and data solutions across Blue Engines. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of the development life cycle from requirements, development, testing, to deployment and measurement of adoption and business impact. This hands-on position requires a dedication to timely delivery, detail, and direct customer engagement. You'll be uniquely positioned to help Blue Engines scale and grow as we embark on ever more bold engineering and business opportun Information security is vital to this role; we protect export-controlled technology secrets and proprietary company information.

Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements Conduct market research and competitor analysis Drive product launches and ensure flawless execution Evaluate customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings Track and measure project success, improvements, and value by defining standard metrics Handle resource & skill-mix allocations across entire team to ensure optimal on-time project delivery Write and handle SOW and RFP contracts Think creatively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management or equivalent experience 10+ years of experience in Product or/and Project Management Proven experience in product management, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex engineering concepts Ambitious and driven individual Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication Ability to build trusting relationships with business customers Must be a U.S. citizen or national,...
