POSITION SUMMARY:
The Systems Analyst is responsible for configuring and customizing Advanced Energy’s Model N Revenue Cloud which includes Price Management, Deal Management, Contract Management, Channel Management, Revenue Recognition. In this role, you will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and prioritize development tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure and customize the Model N system according to business requirements; which includes setting up pricing rules, contract templates, workflows, user permissions, and system preferences
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Model N system
Implement customizations and enhancements to Model N modules using Model N Flex UI, Model N API, and other development tools
Develop workflows to automate business processes (approval processes, notifications, and task assignments) within Model N applications
Develop solutions within the Model N platform to meet business requirements
Work with developer for Designing and implementing integrations between Model N and other enterprise systems such as ERP, Salesforce, and Azure platforms. This includes developing connectors, APIs, and data transformations to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems
Create and maintain reports and dashboards within the Model N system to provide insights into pricing, contract performance, and revenue trends. This involves designing report layouts, defining data sources, and scheduling report refreshes
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the Model N system is running smoothly
Ensure that the Model N system is compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as GDPR and SOX. This includes implementing security measures to protect sensitive data, as well as maintaining audit trails and access logs for compliance purposes
Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the Model N system effectively by conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and answering user questions and inquiries
Stay current with Model N product releases, updates, and best practices, and assess their impact on existing implementations

Location: Denver, CO
Environment: Standard office environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with Model N Flex UI, Model N API or Salesforce APEX, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs
Understanding with system integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and ETL tools
Understanding of Master data management concepts is a plus.
Strong understanding of SOX controls, internal application audits and deployment change control and approval processes
Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, unit testing, and code review
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
6-8 Years of experience in Revenue related modules like Deals, Quotes, Pricing, Contracts, Accounts, Channel and Territory management
6 to 8 years of experience in SaaS applications like Model N or Salesforce
Preferred:
Certifications in Model N or Salesforce
Salesforce experience
Agile certifications
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
COMPENSATION:
As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 per year.
