The Boeing Global Services Learning program organization is seeking one Support Engineering Technical Manager in Denver, CO. . Manages a team of subject matter experts, instructional systems designers, technical writers and media specialists in the analysis, design and development of Boeing's Early Career flight training portfolio. Develops new product offerings and strategies to capture additional business, manages, developing, and motivating a team of employees.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies technical knowledge of product support Best Practices to direct program activities.

  • Manages employees performing activities related to Early career flight training development.

  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ Experience as a leader or manager

  • Must have one of the following:

  • Military/Commercial Aircrew experience

  • Private Pilot License,

  • Flight Instructor certification

  • Able to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience using Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) and processes and methods

  • Experience with FAA/EASA/CAAC or other governing agency regulations as it pertains to flight and maintenance training requirements

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option. Denver, CO.)

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $120,700 - $163,300
