We're looking for a Staff Product Manager - Core Payment Platform, to join our ever-evolving Platforms team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

Our business supports over a thousand software companies and over 700K end-users with their payment solutions. As the market evolves, so do the needs of these end-users. At Worldpay for Platforms, we aim to be the partner of choice for an expanded suite of Value-Added Service products that seamlessly integrate with our existing offerings.

What you'll own

As a Staff Product Manager in Core Payments, you will lead a team of Product Managers in building and enhancing our core payment platform. You will leverage your deep payments expertise to drive key customer outcomes and monetize our solutions.

Lead a team of Product Managers in core payments, focusing on payment acceptance, settlements, payouts, disputes, and billing/fees (40-50% of time)

Collaborate hands-on with the team to drive key customer outcomes, including authorization rates, on-time payouts, and solution monetization (50% of time)

Interact with SaaS customers and present to C-suite executives, demonstrating your expertise and building strong relationships

Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation in core payments

What you bring

5-8 years of experience working in core payment platforms, covering key areas such as authorization rates, disputes, settlements, payouts, and fees/billing

Technical background in computer science and/or relevant experience demonstrating these capabilities

In-depth knowledge of payments, including credit cards, alternative payment methods, and digital wallets

Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading Product Managers

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with C-suite executives
