Within our Global Quality team located in Denver, Leprino is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Quality Execution to enhance our commitment to excellence in dairy ingredient and nutrition production! As part of our Corporate Quality team in Denver, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Starting compensation typically ranges between $152,000 and $190,000 annually, with an annual target bonus of 15%.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in quality execution technologies, policies, and programs.

  • Enforce compliance to quality standards and manage the disposition of non-conforming products.

  • Manage vendor relationships for pest control management and support strategic initiatives across production facilities.

  • Proactively prevent problems through training, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis activities.

  • Provide strategic direction and coaching to plant quality assurance teams and operations leaders.

  • Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities and manage problem product generation.

    You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • A bachelors degree in food technology, food science, dairy science, microbiology, chemistry, or related field.

  • 10+ years of food manufacturing, product development, and quality assurance experience in the dairy segment.

  • 5+ years of leadership experience.

  • The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

    We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and SAP; PCQI and Internal Auditing certification.
