DaVita's National Transplant Team is looking for a Sr. Analyst who will manage a robust portfolio in alignment with the business's strategic goals and initiatives. This portfolio includes projects that aid in the evolution of DaVita's transplant operations, innovation strategy, and capabilities in an effort to help more patients receive kidney transplantation. The ideal candidate will analyze problems, engage with diverse teammates, and leverage hypotheses-based approaches to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities. Responsibilities:
Conduct regular analytics, monitoring, and assessing for operational and clinical bottlenecks and successes. Suggest evolved processes and identify strategic opportunities to share with corporate and field leadership.
Aid in the evolution of transplant data, metrics, & reporting. This includes but is not limited to assessment, creation & deployment.
Lead and support special projects involving the evolution of transplant strategy through care team workflow enhancements/education/process improvements.
Develop strategies for research methods. Conduct primary and secondary research to define and understand problems, test hypotheses, and develop solutions and recommendations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Healthcare experience required
1-3 years of experience with business/healthcare analysis/project management preferred
Intermediate - Advanced level Microsoft Excel. Experience with data manipulation
Advanced PowerPoint proficiency required;
Stakeholder facing experience
Experience in Tableau visualizations required
Advanced critical thinking, strong work ethic, creative mindset, adept communication skills, attention to detail, design-mindedness, flexibility with change, comfort with ambiguity, efficient time management, technical aptitude, and business acumen
