The Home National Team (HNT) provides support to the patients-and the teammates who serve them-who perform dialysis at home instead of in a center. Home dialysis provides important clinical benefits for patients, is a key driver of DaVita financial and operational performance and is a strategic priority for DaVita to support more patients succeeding onHomedialysis. HNT'sHome Innovation Laneisseekinga driven, organized, and collaborative teammate to support the implementation, project management, and analytics fora variety ofHomeinitiatives.This roleprovidesthe opportunityto workonvarious projects within the Home Dialysis National Team, and will include interaction with different clinic teammates, analysts,and leaders. This position reports to theManager, Home Patient Retention for DaVita at Home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Project & Stakeholder Management Develop and manage project plans and timelines independently with little oversight for pilots and large-scale program implementation toHomedialysis programs across the U.S. Collaborate withinternalstakeholders to define key project deliverables and project manage efforts to meet deliverables ontime Coordinate andmonitorinternal approvals needed toproceedwith pilots and large-scaleprojects Manage document approvals through legal and compliance process andmaintainan updated database of approved materials forinitiatives Provide outreachand supportto clinic teammates to gather feedback and develop implementation plans Aid business owners in evaluating the impact of each project Design slides to compellingly communicate the story and insights from initiatives to internalaudiences Present out on project updates and results to internal audiences Able to effectively communicate priorities upwards and balance capacity

  2. Analytics & Strategic Synthesis Collaborate with Homestakeholdersto define key data points needed to effectivelymonitorand evaluate projects. Develop data collection methods based onprojectneeds Develop and continually update reports forleadership andfield operators to provide updates on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Analyze data tohelp answer questions,demonstrateprojectprogressand evaluate defined project outcomemeasures Interface with clinic teammates including PCTs, RNs, Social Workers and Clinic Managers to solveproblems andrespond to operational and reportingquestio Complete ad-hocanalyticsrequests as neededto supportoperations and decisionmaking

  3. Presentation and Training Develop training materials (handouts, PowerPoint presentations, graphs, charts) to support the launch ofnew projects Coordinate logistics and scheduling for clinic teammate and leadership trainings Delivertrainings to clinic teammates and leaders across the organization Support post-launch monitoring of teammate and leadership feedback

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study 3-5 years of experience Strong analytical and presentation skills required Evidence of strong partnership ability preferred Strong email communication skills required Advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
