We are seeking a creative and organized Content Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare education and storytelling, with the ability to manage projects, curate content, and produce a variety of digital media. This role is vital in creating educational and inspirational content that can be distributed across multiple platforms to engage our audience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Curation of Healthcare Education Content and Patient Stories: Research and curate relevant healthcare education content. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new information into content strategy. Identify and engage with patients willing to share their stories. Develop compelling patient narratives that can be shared across various mediums. Ensure ethical standards and patient confidentiality are maintained.

Educational and Inspirational Content Production Across Mediums: Produce a range of digital content, including testimonial videos, audio storytelling, and podcasts. Oversee the scripting, filming, recording, and editing processes. Ensure high-quality production standards and consistency with Patient Education and DaVita brand standards across all content. Create content that is both educational and inspirational, resonating with a diverse audience. Use creative storytelling techniques to engage and inform viewers. Develop multimedia content that can be used for training, patient education, and public awareness campaigns.

Content Organization and Project Coordination: Develop and maintain a content calendar. Categorize, publish, and maintain content using a content management system. Organize and categorize content for easy access and retrieval. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand and messaging guidelines. Manage content production projects from inception to completion, including publishing to appropriate channels and monitoring success. Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, videographers, and editors. Ensure that all required reviews and documentation are completed from relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and content contributors. Gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to content based on stakeholder input.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4 - 6 years of relevant experience Bachelors degree required

Salary/ Wage Range$68,400.00-$100,400.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
