We havealso produced groundbreaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV, AmazonDash, and Amazon Echo.What will you help us create?We are looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Software Manager to helpexpand our global reach and lead the expansion of our Device Subscription andBundle offerings. You will build a new platform and SDK for internal andexternal partners to connect new devices to value add service offerings. Youwill identify new opportunities to leverage our services to the benefit ofemerging businesses from across Amazon, expanding the impact of our team aswe become a multi-tenant solution for our unique capabilities. You'll leaddevelopment of new customer-facing software products end to end whilesimultaneously managing the business of multiple existing clients. This rolewill entail partnering closely with other software engineering teams,product and program managers, user experience designers, accounting,finance, and customer service leaders as well as internal productstakeholders across the company (e.g., Echo Devices, DeviceAccessories, Ring, Eero, Blink, Private Label Brands, AmazonBusiness, Amazon PThe mental model is for this leader to be a technical evangelist (whiledemonstrating Ownership and Customer Obsession and understanding the broaderbusiness objectives), to fully leverage other teams where possible, andto justify additional engineering where there are remaining gaps. This role isa great fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic and complex environment,and who is sensitive to the diverse perspectives of stakeholders and workswith them to resolve differences.
