We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic, high performing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in fast-paced environments while partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure the company's hiring needs are met with the highest caliber candidates. You Will: Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, including technical positions and G&A functions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial outreach to start date Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across the organization to understand staffing needs, team culture, role-specific requirements and develop/execute effective recruiting strategies Source top talent through various methods Screen and assess candidates Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership by offering insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks and recruitment best practices. Continuously assess and help improve the recruiting process to drive efficiency, reduce time-to-fill and ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Participate in, as well as lead optimization projects You Have: 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in the software industry Both in-house and agency experience A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills The ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment A high sense of urgency USA: $125,000 - $150,000 In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
