This position will help provide finance support to the Corporate Centers (CFO, People Organization, Enterprise Legal, Compliance & Risk and Corporate Strategy) within the Finance department and support of centralized planning processes including S&B and CAPEX/D&A).

Role Responsibilities

  • Manages budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for Corporate Centers ($320M) in annualized expenses.

  • Partners with Executive Team members and their organizations to deliver a strong detailed Plan and forecasts.

  • Closely partners with accounting to ensure an accurate month-end close process.

  • Provides management with transparent, key financial data, trend information, as well as additional ad-hoc analysis on an as needed basis.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance

  • 1+ years of experience with financial reporting tools; experience with Hyperion Essbase a plus

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Mastery of MS Excel required and experience MS PowerPoint

  • Strong working knowledge of accounting processes

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with reconciliation work.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.

  • Able to manage competing priorities.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment, but also comfortable with routines

  • Comfortable working with all levels, including senior management, to drive execution and accountability of projects.

Salary

The annual rate range is $80,000 – 115,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
