Production Support Lead (Functional)
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Production Support Lead (Functional), for an ONSITE opportunity in Denver CO.
Position Title: Production Support Lead (Functional)
Location: Denver CO (Onsite) Anticipated Start Date: - ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ Months RTH
Job Type: Contract and Onsite (Denver CO) Pay Range: $42/hr-$44/hr.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and leadership to the production support team
Lead daily standup meetings for the production support team
Triage production issues and drive them to resolution
Drive and report on incident SLA compliance
Provide project leadership with updates on trending production issues
Facilitate client meetings for high priority production issues
Attend and provide updates for production release follow up meetings
Drive creation of RCCA documentation for major incidents
Create release notes for production defect fixes
Provide daily guidance and direction to production support tester"
Expected Deliverables:
Release notes
SLA reports
Testing progress reports"
Required Skills:
Experience in leading a team
Working knowledge ticket management or SDLC" Preferred Skills:
Working experience with welfare case management/eligibility determination systems
Experience with testing processes
Experience with a ticket management system
