Oracle Principal Program Manager - NetSuite AI Agents in Denver, Colorado

Job Description

Agents (20%)

  • Program Strategy: Define the roadmap, objectives, and key results for AI Agent initiatives in alignment with company goals

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to align priorities and execution

  • Program Management: Work with Engineering and Product Management to understand and obtain resourcing to enable agentic AI development in NetSuite. Identify additional stakeholders and partnerships within Oracle to augment research and development. Drive ideation and development of scalable processes and tools to support the growth and adoption of AI Agents for users.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on program progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with Data Governance team to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Release Management: Collaborate with AI PGM Release Management to ensure timely execution of AI Agent release documentation, announcements, and beta programs

Communications (80%)

  • Strategic Communications: Develop and execute communication plans to promote AI products, initiatives, and events, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms and tailoring toward internal and external audiences.

  • Product Marketing Content Development: Create compelling content, including press releases, blog posts, announcements, social media updates, presentations, and internal communications for new AI releases.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between Engineering, Product, Product Marketing/Product teams to translate technical concepts into accessible narratives for diverse audiences to be used for AI marketing copy.

  • Release Management Communications: Coordinate and manage communication strategies for product releases, ensuring that both internal teams and external stakeholders are aligned and informed about timelines, features, and impact.

  • Communications Program Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of communication campaigns, including defining objectives, tracking progress, and measuring success.

  • Confluence Documentation: Oversee overall AI PGM documentation on Confluence, collaborating with Technical Writing to ensure that all AI PGM content is organized and structured in a digestible way, and that updates to major processes are completed in a timely fashion

  • Internal AI Communications: Collaborate with NetSuite Internal Communications, Cloud Ops Internal Communications, Together @ NetSuite, and identify other relevant communication streams (e.g. newsletters, Slack channels) to promote release of AI internal tools, events, and trainings for employees

  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with teams to organize and promote AI-focused conferences, workshops, and webinars for employees.

  • SuiteWorld Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize, plan and execute on SuiteWorld

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the performance of communication strategies using metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $66,800 to $145,900 per annum.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
