Evaluates the information from those multiplesources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests andneeds and translates and refines the requirements into functionalspecifications. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills andthe ability to lead a project or group.Additional Job Details:Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and financial reporting in amulti-state and multi-company environment.Provide advanced expertise to research and resolve complex payroll andtimekeeping issues. Direct payroll/timekeeping system needs includingplanning, reporting, auditing and testing.Ensure compliance with multiple bargaining agreements,Federal/State/local tax regulations and company policies.Design payroll processes and internal controls and implement appropriateprocess improvements.Key resource for tax laws and policies, interpreting organizationalimpact, and implementing required process and systems changes for complianceand efficiency.Rose International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
