Integrated Care for all is the future of healthcareacross the spectrum and the driving purpose of the Patient Engagement Team.This journey includes patient outreach to introduce our programs, patientconsents to agree to utilize our programs, patient participation inonboarding with patient education, and continued outreach and interactionwith care teams to continually improve processes. This role has theopportunity to be fully remote with travel to the Denver HQ every other monthKey Initiatives of this team include but are not limited to:Demonstrate value for the patient so that they want to engage with integratedcare programsEnsure the patient engagement process is as seamless as possible to driveengagement.ResponsibilitiesProject Management:Complete in a specified timeframe any projects assigned, including projectplans, ongoing communication to all involved parties with regularfeedback, and follow-up.Drive and create processes to gather and synthesize patient insights anddata, present to key stakeholders, and recommend improvements to drive abetter patient experience.Independently coordinate projects and manage workload and priorities based onthe IKD Patient Engagement vision.Prepare, organize, and build effective presentations tailored to therelevant audience.Build relationships across teams to validate and pursue patient education andsupport processesWritten & Oral Communication:Create stakeholder communications to include scripting, training aids, andpresentations.Support and lead patient outreach initiatives such as email and SMS.Effectively trains geographically dispersed teammates on new tools andprocesses developed to drive increased patient engagement.Convey qualitative and quantitative findings in a cohesive story,summarizing insights and making recommendations to drive decision-makingBuild and maintain executive-level reports and presentations.Analytical Skills:Weigh costs and benefits of different analytical approaches.Queries and analyzes large datasets to derive meaningful insights. LeveragesExcel to answer questions-using formulas, PivotTables, and/or Macros.Identify opportunities to use data to inform decisions and continuallyreevaluate and improve processes and programs.Leverage data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Cognos, and Power BI).Process Improvement:Observes operations to incorporate 'real-world' considerations intoworkflows to optimize patient engagement and experience.Actively seeks ways to improve, maximize, streamline existing processes,and improve efficiency.Ability to dissect a problem into an organized approach and quickly form ahypothesis against which to run analysesOther responsibilities as assignedWhat Skills do you Bring to the Role?2+ years experience preferred; healthcare, project management,consulting, or corporate strategy a plusBachelor's degree in a related fieldCommunications and engagement experience across multiple platforms preferredStrong sense of accountability; passion for owning projects and driving themto completionAptitude for seeing the big picture in addition to crunching the numbersAbility to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible mannerto a range of audiencesStrong analytical and presentation skills; including Advanced proficiency omMS Excel and PowerPointGo to http://careers.davita.com to learn more or apply.tWhat We'll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to whatmatters most.
