Real Estate Paralegal
Our client, a leading Regional law firm downtown, representing clients in a diverse range of industries, seeks a 5 plus years commercial real estate paralegal. The successful candidate will have significant experience with title & survey review, due diligence review, experience with loan closings, UCC searches/filings and organizing closing documentation, and project management. Ideal candidates for this position will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience with a law firm, title company, commercial lender or other related entity. Qualifications include excellent writing skills, great attention to detail and the desire to succeed in an outstanding practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must. The firm offers excellent pay, benefits and a great place to work. Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a paralegal role or similar within the legal industry.
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with billing functions within a legal firm.
• Exceptional calendar management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge and experience in ParaLegals.
• Experience in Corporate Real Estate.
• Comprehensive understanding of Real Estate Law and Commercial Real Estate.
• Familiarity with Real Estate - Commercial and Real Estate - Title.
• Experience with Real Estate Acquisitions and Real Estate Contracts.
• Understanding of Real Estate Finance and the Real Estate Industry.
• Experience in handling Real Estate Transactions.
