You will act as the primary contact point and account owner for assigned Key Accounts within the Architectural Glass and Architectural Glazing Systems business units. This role will identify opportunities to expand and retain Key Accounts. You will drive customer coverage activities consistently and actively to increase likelihood for purchase through in-person meetings, email/phone follow-ups, answering questions as possible or direct to appropriate support staff and offer guidance. This role will engage with Estimation for support in quoting customers projects once specifications are determined. You will also facilitate a seamless hand-off to Customer Service to execute product application. You will work with the Architectural Glass and Architectural Glazing Systems business units when opportunities for product cross-sell exist. This role will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with customers, sales team and internal partners. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Heres What Youll Get To Do Acts as primary contact point and account owner for assigned Key Accounts within Architectural Glass and Architectural Glazing Systems business units with a focus on total sales revenue and booked margin growth Identifies opportunities to expand and retain Key Accounts and opportunities for product cross-sell Drives customer coverage activities consistently and actively to increase likelihood of renewals: in-person meetings, email/phone follow-ups, answer questions, direct to appropriate support staff, and offer guidance Engages Estimators for support in quoting customers project once qualified, and requirements are determined Facilitates seamless hand-off to Customer Service to execute order Engages qualified Architectural Glass and Architectural Glazing Systems business units when opportunities for product cross-sell exist Re-engages customer during expansion and renewal Logs / tracks customer interactions and sales in CRM Will be managing multiple accounts Salary 85-105K Heres What Were Looking For Bachelor's Degree in sales/marketing or equivalent work experience preferred Minimum 2+ years of sales experience Experience in building materials, construction, or glazing system sales Experience working with large, complex organizations preferred Previous experience with Architectural Glass or Architectural Glazing Systems preferred. Results oriented, ensuring we deliver on existing commitments while also working to continuously deliver an unparalleled customer experience Strong written and verbal communications skills to all levels of an organization Customer service, probl m solving, and analytical skills required Self-starter attitude Results focused Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook) An uncompromising safety-first approach in the workplace.
