For more information, visitPrimary Responsibilities:Responsible for overall management and coordination of construction for theproject to maximize productivity and maintain schedule.Develops contingency and recovery plans as required.Monitors equipment performance and utilization; provides continuousimprovement input and strategy development.Requires knowledge of construction techniques and equipment in order todevelop strategies and manage overall quality and efficiency to ensure dailyproduction.Develop solutions to complex problems that require a significant degree ofinnovation and ingenuity.Manages all on-site functions in accordance with the established policies,procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the Company.Develops procedures as needed and functions as liaison between multipleproject managers, construction and contractors.Responsible for safety of supervised personnel; ensures that personnelcomply with established safety policies and procedures, and has front lineresponsibility for providing a safe work environmentOversight of General Contractor's SubcontractorsQualifications:15+ years' experience as a Construction Manager in an industrialconstruction and/or maintenance organization is requiredBS or MS degree is preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills are requiredProfessional Engineering certification in related discipline is preferredAdvanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferredWhat we offer youProviding an agile culture and challenging work opportunities results in apositive work environment.
