With exceedingly low turnover rates,we're constantly growing, and that's where this new opportunity comes in- for a Licensed Architectural Systems Assessor (Existing Facilities).This position can be done remotely from any city throughout the United States.In this position, the ideal candidate will conduct interior and exteriorarchitectural facility condition assessments on various building typesincluding healthcare, education, sports, public and commercial.Acting as an Assessor on projects, this person will be responsible forobserving and documenting deficiencies in architectural exterior and interiorsystems, ensuring work quality, interfacing with clients and theirfacility staff teams, and supporting the Project Manager in various tasks asassigned.Your Responsibilities:Conduct on-site facility condition assessments as part of a multidisciplinaryteam on existing buildings, evaluating architectural/general tradesbuilding systems. This includes identifying deficiencies of interior finishesand systems, exterior envelopes, site conditions, structural systemsetc. and providing written narratives of the description, critical issue,and recommendations to remediateWork with client and other on-site personnel to assess client assets bymaintaining a typical daily walk rate from 100,000 to 175,000 square feetper dayDetermine condition, remaining useful life, required costs, and remedialmeasuresProvide technical identification and description of deficiencies ranging fromconcerns to critical issuesIdentify recommendations for correction and describe in technical detail forfuture project planning and cost estimatingIdentify civil-type systems such as pavements, landscaping, fencing,site elements, visible utility structures, etcInterview building operations and maintenance staff to determine buildinghistory, previous workorders, and operations informationPrepare project progress documentation for project manager reviewReview work of peers and actively participate in post-project reviewsWhat we'll love about you:You are easily able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyYou are self-motivated and able to work well independently in a fast-pacedenvironmentYou are a team player and believe that teamwork makes the dream workYou have excellent communication skills and can confidently and efficientlycommunicate with all levels of staffYou are talented, yet humble, and appreciate constructive feedback as ameans of growthWhat you'll love about us:Competitive benefits packageGenerous paid time off policyFlexible work schedules!
