System One Hybrid Procurement Contracts Specialist in Denver, Colorado

System One is seeking a Purchasing Contract Specialist for a hybrid (contract) opportunity in Denver Colorado.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day administration of contract collection.

  • Documenting and reviewing of contract term and conditions.

  • Create project in Asana to keep all contracts organized (setting task reminders)

  • Submit contracts ready for termination to JLD.

  • Mail termination letters via email and/or Certified mail.

  • Make calls and/or draft email to DaVita facilities.

    Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office – Preferred experience in Asana (Open to training)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Highly developed attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Must be able to work in the office Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

  • 8AM-5PM (Flexible on arrival time while in office)

  • Potential for contract extension.

  • Buss/Train pass will be provided.

  • $20-$25.89 an/hour
