We're conducting a confidential search for a HR Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Fluency in both English and spanish is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.

  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and implement improvement plans.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Manage employee benefits programs and serve as a liaison with providers.

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to track key performance indicators.

  • Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement and culture.

  • Oversee HR administrative functions such as payroll processing.

  • Support organizational change initiatives and manage communication.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in HR management roles.

  • Fluency in English and spanish.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing: Lead the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs. Develop recruitment strategies, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to select candidates who align with company culture and objectives.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution. Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and retention.

  • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing support and guidance to managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and identifying development opportunities for employees. Implement performance improvement plans when necessary to support employee growth and organizational success.
