Financial Analyst
Real estate company looking for a Financial Analyst to support their team! Great opportunity for growth and to work with a well established company working with high-end clientele!
You will work directly with our highly experienced development team, who work with corporate sustainability leaders to develop energy solutions that support both their business and mission of achieving net zero emissions by 2040.
In this role you will collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization, including Project Finance, Exe-cution, Asset Management, and Real Estate. We are a highly numbers driven, innovative, results oriented team. Strong initiative, outstanding communication skills, and an understanding of energy markets and project development are key to success.
Qualifications
Bachelors in finance, accounting, business, or any other related field of study
3+ years of experience in FP&A
Experience with financial modeling
Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (PT, VLOOKUPS, reporting/modeling done in Excel)
A critical thinking and curious mindset with the desire to learn
Data analysis

Job Description
Basic day-to-day job duties include:
Financial Analysis: Understanding project economics, cashflows, returns, and the ability to model and understand them in Excel.
Data Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by maintaining financial models, databases, and data collection processes.
Communication: Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and persuasive manner.
Collaboration: Working with multiple teams and stakeholders to move a project along efficiently.
Pricing Analysis: Evaluating pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to optimize profitability while remaining competitive.
Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data, trends, and performance metrics to identify insights that can drive sales and development strategies and decisions.
Reporting: Creating regular reports and dashboards that summarize sales and development data, presenting it in a clear and understandable format for management and sales teams.
Market Research: Conducting market research to understand customer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends, which can inform sales strategies.
Recommendations: Making data-driven recommendations to improve sales processes, product offerings, and new market entry.
Work Schedule: Hybrid 2-days in Denver, CO office and 3-days remote.
