General Description:

Tolin Mechanical, an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician join our team in Denver, Colorado . We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.

We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow, and we are looking for another solid technician that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team.

Summary of Job Functions and Equipment:

  • Completing all monthly preventive maintenance items (example: fire pump, recycling, company vehicles,

    and generators)

  • Troubleshooting

  • Responsible for having corporate facilities knowledge base to complete basic maintenance task, managing scheduling, overseeing and payment of all facilities vendors

  • Daily checks of the building (4 currently)

  • Completing and closing work orders related to a corporate facilities in a timely manner

  • Oversee facilities related capital projects

    Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications :

  • Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.

  • Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance role

  • Values and display exceptional customer service

  • Strong organization skills

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 18 years of age

  • Ability to gain union membership

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of experience in a building engineer capacity

  • Strong written and verbal English skills

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Excel or comfortable with using a computer

  • Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Average Starting Rate: $ 26.00-$32.00 per hour. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
