RK brings creativity, performance and optimism to every project.Job Summary:The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for developingand executing people strategy that elevates the employee experience to drivegrowth and profitability at Confidential Company. In this role, you willfocus on collaborating with leaders to drive the business strategy,utilizing talent insights and organization data to drive business outcomes,engaging stakeholders to drive strategic business initiatives that solve themost important business challenges and creating leverage as we solve forbusiness unit problems in an enterprise-wide, scalable manner.The Director, HR Business Partner will also serve as a consultant tomanagement and employees on human resources-related issues. They will work todeliver consultation, facilitation and resolution strategies for workplaceissues raised by employees or people managers. The role assists incommunications between employees and people managers, works with thebusiness to deliver corrective action and planning, disciplinary actions,and/or explanation and clarification of company policies and procedures as ascalable and efficient HR Service. They will take a data-driven approach todeliver a strategy to drive improvements to the employee experience that buildhealthy, long-term relationships between the company and employees andreduce people-related risk.Primary Responsibilities:* Develops HR strategy to enable business strategy, including strategicplanning, organization alignment assessment, talent insights and employeeexperience.* Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with various shared servicesstakeholders and business leaders to develop people and organizationsolutions, programs, and policies.* Assist with the interpretation of company policies and other relevantemployment laws and respond to inquiries and concerns.* Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conductseffective, thorough and objective investigations.* Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-daymanagement of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatorycompliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.* Design strategic approach for HR team to deliver day-to-day performancemanagement guidance to frontline management (coaching, counseling,career development, disciplinary actions).* Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships,build morale, and increase productivity and retention.* Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.* Designs and implements HR guidance and input on business unitrestructures, workforce planning and succession planning.* Drives retention through engagement with a continuous focus on culture ofteams and management capabilityPrimary Career Level:Bachelor's degree required. Master degree preferred, not required.Minimum 7 years HR experience with at least 3 years' experience partneringwith senior leaders/executives on functional talent and employee strategies.5+ years' experience managing a team of HR Business Partners and HRGeneralists.3+ years' of demonstrated experience accurately interpreting and applyingemployment policies and procedures in a large, complex organization.Thorough knowledge of human resources practices including employeerelations, organizational design, talent management, andculture/change management.Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment in decision-making.Ability to lead with a consultative approach, and provide guidance andadvice when needed.Ability to analyze and synthesize key insights gleaned from ER data andanalyt
