Position Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can elevate our rapidly growing company’s digital presence across a variety of platforms and throughout multiple office locations. This role requires a highly knowledgeable and creative individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to take our company to the next level.

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees all internal and external digital marketing platforms and assets to enhance brand awareness in the digital space, identifies new marketing opportunities, and develops marketing strategies to boost conversion rates and increase ROI. This role requires advanced knowledge of social media platforms, website design, SEO, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints to support company growth objectives as well as staff engagement, retention, and recruitment. Video production and editing experience is highly desired.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all social media messaging and activity; provides creative strategies for leveraging content, maximizing messaging, and acquiring leads/customers.

  • Manages and creates content for social media, with support from other marketing team members, as needed.

  • Manages and informs strategies for all digital content, including photography, video, podcasts, and other media channels.

  • Oversees all website functions, including design, content, analytics, link building, functionality, lead generation, and needed improvements. Provides creative and timely solutions for website improvement; develops strategies for implementation; coordinates with outside website consultants, as needed.

  • Identifies and evaluates new trends, new technologies, and opportunities for advancement in Galloway’s digital marketing, and develops implementation strategies.

  • Develops and manages digital marketing campaigns that support business development objectives.

  • Develops and manages client journeys through the use of digital media.

  • Monitors and manages all SEO, with a strong understanding of SEO methodologies for achieving optimal results.

  • Generates analytics and provides analysis to evaluate ROI.

  • Applies experience, industry knowledge, and creativity to ideation of all digital content and messaging strategies.

  • Supports overall marketing team activities as needed, both internally and externally, as part of a collective team effort.



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, English, journalism, or similar course of study from an accredited college or university.


  • Typically, a minimum of six years of experience in marketing and digital communications.


  • Demonstrates exceptional strategic thinking and understanding of message application and interpretation.

  • Leverages experience and knowledge to maximize opportunities for improvement.

  • Demonstrates a high level of communication skills within the team and across the company.

  • Effectively manages and communicates with teams in a highly collaborative environment.

  • Excellent time management, ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines, and effective delegation and management of tasks.

  • Takes initiative, is highly motivated, and can work independently.

  • Possesses strong knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office suites as well as other key digital media platforms.

  • Experience in videography and photography is desired.

  • Demonstrates exceptional written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.


The estimated starting salary pay range for this role is $70,000-$90,000

Salary Range Disclaimer:

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bi-yearly bonuses, long-term incentives, a generous PTO policy, and potential regional/office specific benefits.
