Description: Within our Corporate Information Technology team located in Denver Leprino is seeking an Solution Architect to move our organization to even larger level of dairy ingredient and nutrition growth! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $114,000 and $40,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

• Design and maintain robust Windows and Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Lead cloud migration projects, integrating systems seamlessly with minimal disruption.
• Implement and oversee security measures for systems and storage, ensuring data integrity and protection.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring technical readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver tailored solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Provide training and support to end users, enhancing productivity and system utilization.
• Manage financial aspects of system maintenance, ensuring cost-effective solutions and vendor compliance.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Document and update system architecture and policies, ensuring transparency and consistency.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): * Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * 5-8 years of experience in systems and storage management, including cloud technologies. * Proven expertise in Windows, Linux, and VMware platforms. * Strong understanding of enterprise storage and backup technologies. * The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications): * Master s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, SuSE Linux, or related technologies. * Experience with Pure Storage and Rubrik backup appliances.
