As a Customer Delivery Specialist Sr, you will use the CSG product portfolio to maximize the value and the associated processes, best practices, and services to resolve our client's business and technical challenges. By shaping solutions, designing and re-engineering critical processes as necessary and participating in the transformation of the way a customer best adopts our solutions, this role enhances the overall client experience of the CSG product portfolio.
We are looking for a Customer Delivery Specialist Sr who will: Interact with assigned portfolio of accounts and clients in a professional manner and leverages CSG product knowledge and best practices to assist clients in the implementation, support, and maximization of their CSG payment product portfolio. Actively participates in conference calls, training, business reviews as well as other activities with both internal and external clients to problem solve and implement solutions to ensure we meet and or exceed our client's expectations for service and support. Educate and advise our clients of the CSG product functionalities within related Forte products. Coordinate trouble tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Escalate tickets, as appropriate. Collaborate with and between clients and internal teams, ensuring CSG aligns to delivering the best product for our client's needs. Supports change management, ensuring all acceptance criteria is met with no client impact. Support after hours on-call duties, as needed. Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: Has 3+ years of proven experience as a Customer Delivery Specialist or Implementation Specialist in the Financial Payments industry. Has solid project management experience. Has strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in English is a business environment.
Position Pay Range:
This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience. $51,394.08-$82,229.48
This role is eligible for a bonus opportunity.
