Summary Processes daily, weekly, and monthly department reports; processes consumer and business overdraft protection applications; provides support for the bank's Loan Origination System (LOS), monitors centralized credit approval process; and provides support to the Chief Credit Officer, Senior Credit Officer, Underwriting Department, and Loan Quality Review Departm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Processes daily, weekly, and monthly department reports. Handles administrative duties for the bank's Loan Origination Software System. Provides frontline customer support for the Credit Department. This includes Loan Origination Software support and general credit inquiries through email and phone calls. Process consumer and business overdraft protection applications. Monitors centralized credit approval process. Monitoring compliance with Regulation B loan application timeframe requirements. This includes contacting loan officers and loan assistants when their file documentation is insufficient, providing the needed coaching on required procedures, and documenting violations with memos to the CCOO. Sageworks Document Library Export Management. This includes monitoring document exports to the bank's permanent retention system and coordinating with IT and Project Management on needed coding/mapping changes. Monitoring of Abrigo and Sageworks enhancement updates to provide recommendations to CCOO on system optimization. Involvement with Project Management meetings on additional Sageworks product implementation. Coordinates and schedules meetings for Credit Department Management. Handles matters that are highly confidential, time-sensitive, and critical in nature. May be required to arrange conference calls, meetings, take meeting minutes, transcribe notes, and compose correspondence. Provides general administrative support such as answering phones, scanning, mailing, meal planning, and copying. Monitors and orders supplies for the Credit Department. Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, as well as knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking regulations and Bank policies and procedures related to the posit Other duties may be assigned.
