WTW Client Systems Administrator in Denver, Colorado

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Systems Administration team to manage Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports

  • Maintain user and license management including new user set up/deactivation, roles, profiles, and permissions

  • Deliver data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed

  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Data Importing and quality checks.

  • Communicate platform changes to the end users and stakeholders

  • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders, proposing technical solutions to developers.

  • Thorough testing of all aspects of system fixes and enhancements to include functionality, use cases, scenarios and user interactions

  • Assist in managing integrated system applications including but not limited to; Conga, Call Center App

  • Monitor and respond to user support tickets

  • Attend ongoing education classes for Salesforce administrators

Requirements:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience

  • Salesforce certification is desired, but not required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint

  • Effective time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding ability to effectively organize and maintain data integrity

  • Experience in change management

  • Excellent relationship-building skills

  • Ability to collaborate interdepartmentally at all levels

  • Willingness to travel periodically within Colorado or Wyoming

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.

Compensation:

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $60,000-$65,000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
