Robert Half Call Center Specialist in Denver, Colorado
Description We are offering an engaging opportunity for a Call Center Specialist in the bustling city of Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing exceptional service. You will also be coordinating with various restaurant locations, making this a dynamic and fast-paced position in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of customer calls, ensuring each one is addressed promptly and professionally.
• Use multiple computer screens and various software programs, such as Ring Central and OpenTable, to assist customers efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries, ranging from reservation requests to addressing lost and found items.
• Collaborate with restaurant locations via a popular team collaboration tool to provide seamless customer service.
• Maintain an organized and focused work environment amidst a bustling call center atmosphere.
• Process to-go orders and provide directions to customers when necessary.
• Leverage your hospitality mindset to deliver a high-quality customer service experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Stay updated on the offerings and features of the 102 restaurant locations supported.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with Avaya CMS is preferred
• Skilled in various Computer Programs
• Familiarity with CRM platforms is necessary
• Competence in Customer service software is essential
• Knowledge of About Time software is advantageous
• Excellent Answering skills, especially with Inbound Calls
• Proven ability to Assist Customers effectively
• Understanding of Benefit Functions is a plus
• Proficiency in using Ring Central is appreciated
• Experience with Opentable is desired TalentMatch®
