Actalent Assistant Superintendent in Denver, Colorado

We are currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience

This Assistant Superintendent will be working under a Senior Superintendent
Candidates need experience scheduling and managing sub contractors, ensuring a safe work environment, overseeing framing and finishes, punch list, etc.
$15M, 35-unit, podium style multifamily/condo project
Based out of Downtown Denver

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working as an Assistant Superintendent
Experience working on multifamily and/or commercial ground-up projects
Open to homebuilder background if you have exposure to framing
