The Learning Operations Administrator for Labs will be a member of the Learning Operations team within DaVita University's Center of Excellence (CoE). The CoE is a key component of our evolving Wisdom department and learning strategy for the Village. The Labs Administratoris responsible for working collaboratively with DaVita University teammates, as well as other Learning and Development teams to implement and maintain high-quality, high-impact training programs for all DaVita Labs teammates. Their primary responsibility is to support the Labs team's learning and development functions, which includes implementation of trainings and management of the Learning Management System.
Our ideal hire will have strong skills relating to technology (i.e. LMS) and virtual learning platforms (especially MS Teams) and some experience supporting virtual training programs or similar virtual events. This person also hasa strong desire to give back to our fellow teammates who provide lifesaving treatment for our patients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Administers Learning Management System (LMS) key functions from start to finish, including enrollment and roster management, automation of emails and other items, sharing content and building curriculum, and virtual learning communities
Builds completion and evaluation reports as requested through LMS and Visier (survey platform)
Support learner enrollments through effective communication and marketing strategies
Creates course evaluations in alignment with DVU templates and shares reports with program owners upon program completion
Ensure functionality accuracy of eLearning content builds and upload to the LMS by following the Quality Assurance Process using LMS content functionalitychecklist
Follow Standard Operating Procedures for Labs programs, to ensure all tasks related to training are performed effectively and on time
Coordinateslogistics and performs end-to-end planning forlearning experiences for Lab's teammates including on-site visits to clinics, virtual meetings/programs, and self-paced online programs.
Administers/produces training/meetings as needed to assistfacilitation of courses including interactive features, breakout sessions, and orientation to virtual technology for VILT.Coordinates and plans ILT sessions, including hotel contracting, food & beverage, room set-up, and on-site support.
Manage DVU responses to teammate inquiries through an outlook inbox and electronic task management system (TMSS)
Minimum Qualifications
Strong written (email) and verbal (presentation) communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated organizational and time management capabilities
Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone On Demand (CSOD) preferred
Experience with instructional media and coordinating training events
Experience producing virtual meetings or events in Webex and/or Zoom, including proficiency in engagement tools such as whiteboards, chat, breakout rooms.
Experience with creating and editing spreadsheets in Smartsheet
Travel and Time Requirements
Travel: 10-20%
Nights and weekend work: 0-10%
