Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
*Managing and leading engagements by providing internal audits for a variety of engagements, including Enterprise Risk Management, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Gap Analysis, Internal Audit, Quality Assurance Review, SOX Compliance and Segregation of Duties *Lead engagements and reporting assistance /analysis for engagements: *Identify and analyze areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity, or success of the organization
*Analyzes budgets/time summaries for planning and billing purposes; leads billing activities; responsible for realization goals *Ability to work within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction *Responsible for practice economics including production, realization, billing and collection *Satisfies internal reporting requirements
*Delegates and manages the work of consultants in practice; monitors/maintains morale of engagement *Conduct performance reviews and contribute to feedback for staff; follow up with staff relative to career development objectives/plan
The qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree required CPA Designation is preferred 5+ years of recent experience in an audit practice or the ERS practice of a public accounting firm or technical consulting
