Rescare - Educare Community Living HR Training Coordinator Denton in Denton, Texas

GENERAL SUMMARY Coordinate all employee education programming for assigned area including scheduling, carrying out, assessing training needs, and monitoring training sessions to ensure correct information is being delivered.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct assessment of training needs of all employees.
  • Schedule training per assessed needs.
  • Coordinate and instruct training and communication programs to support the companys Best in Class objectives and to meet Quality Assurance measures.
  • Follow established new employee and Annual Refresher training curriculum's.
  • Ensure adequate supplies for all scheduled training.
  • Ensure comfortable location for all scheduled training.
  • Ensure that scheduled training is well advertised to reach all targeted employees.
  • Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
  • When holding training, insure employees are comfortable and able to focus on learning.
  • Ensure that people feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and asking appropriate questions.
  • Be flexible as needed to alter schedules and topic to address employee majority needs.
  • Ensure that the employee education process is all positive as possible.
  • Assess employee learning experience via an anonymous feedback survey following each training and change your methods/topics as needed to accommodate these comments.
  • Monitor feedback received during training sessions and adjust curriculum's accordingly.
  • Conducts training and development programs for employees and maintains documentation of training received
  • Plans, directs, and/or coordinates the training and development activities of the assigned service site(s)
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
  • One year experience delivering various training topics to various audiences
  • Some supervisory experience preferred
  • One year of Healthcare experience preferred
