Day to day
The overall purpose of the role of the Head of F&B will be to support the “brand culture, growth & owner ROI” pillar of our Luxury & Lifestyle strategy. You will be responsible for delivering visionary, brand defining Restaurant & Bars leadership, implementation & guest/owner centric outcomes for Regent and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts
F&B philosophy & concepts:
Refresh and develop brand Food and Beverage philosophies and strategy and brand related hallmarks.
Consolidate and package a portfolio of existing InterContinental & Regent R&B concepts.
Define business opportunity for 3-4 restaurant or bar concepts that can be applied across the portfolio
Partners / consultants
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of culinary partners and 3rd party operators with potential for global application. As well as consolidating a global/regional portfolio of preferred R&B consultants & agencies.
Centre of knowledge
Maintain updated library of brand competitor F&B concepts and luxury consumer trends
Regular communication with Kimpton & Six Senses R&B peers for ideation and leverage of L&L brand practice
Projects & pitches
Support regional teams on halo InterContinental & Regent development pitches and attend signed deal kick off meetings and key project milestones
Support, influence and approve halo InterContinental & Regent InterContinental & Regent F&B planning, facilities, and concepts
Support other InterContinental & Regent pitches and projects as needed
Ensure regular communications cadence with regional Brand, F&B Design, and F&B Operations teams

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate a wealth of experience in defining F&B strategies for Restaurants & Bars in a Global setting with an emphasis on luxury on lifestyle in a multi-unit environment. You will have dealt with luxury & lifestyle stakeholders and be comfortable working in a matrix organisation.
In addition, you will have project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from conception through implementation.

Whilst this role will initially be based in our Denham head office location, by Summer of 2022 we will be relocating to our new Global Headquarters in central Windsor so you will need to be able to travel to Windsor as required in the longer term.
