Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Delray Beach, Florida, United States. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be involved in a variety of accounting tasks, including light bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and accounts payable and receivable. You will also be responsible for managing and distributing cash to the team, assisting in the preparation of revenue reports, and conducting daily income audits.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency

• Managing and distributing cash to team members as part of cashiering duties

• Assisting in the preparation and distribution of revenue reports

• Conducting daily income audits by running and compiling reports from various systems

• Performing data entry tasks related to accounts payable, with an emphasis on accuracy

• Utilizing software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks

• Assisting in the training of new staff members as required

• Ensuring accurate customer credit records are maintained at all times

• Handling invoice processing and account reconciliation tasks

• Responding to and resolving customer inquiries regarding their accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential

• Must have knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skilled in Billing procedures and processes

• Data Entry skills are necessary

• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Knowledge of Oracle software is beneficial

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is desirable

• Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
