Join our dynamic team at Dell Arkansas as an Outside Operator at our Dell Power Plant! We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to take on the challenge of ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our power plant. This position is responsible for the proper operations and maintenance of the Dell Power Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the Dell Power Plant to ensure safe and efficient power generation.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
Assist in the startup, shutdown, and normal operations of the power plant.
Monitor plant systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the Control Room Operator and other team members to maintain plant safety and compliance with operational procedures.
Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of power plant or combustion turbine operations.
Previous experience at a gas turbine/combined cycle power plant is preferred.
Ability to complete Control Room Operator qualifications within 2 years following the completion of the Outside Operator qualifications.
