Veralto Sr Applications Project Executive in Delhi, India
LOCATION: Based in Bangalore; will be responsible for South region - India
JOB TITLE: Sr Applications Project Executive
POSITION PURPOSE:
Lead and execute business (includes revenue responsibility) module for ‘Application Solutions’ in North region
Identify opportunities for value added solutions with Videojet Core Products
Take ownership for technical support on projects from the initial enquiry phase to final sign-off
Technical support for Presales activity with sales team for wining application sales requirement
Should be in position to contribute 50% time on field
Analyze customer requirement, System Conceptualization, Design, Presentations/Proposals, Facility Estimation, etc
Coordinating with Internal (procurement, sales, product team) and External (Customers and Vendors) agencies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Good knowledge and hands-on experience on ‘Industrial Automation, Project Management, System Integration’
System conceptualization, process analyzing, troubleshooting skills
Effective communication skill for convincing customers in executing the application.
Prepare Presentations, techno-commercial offer, simple general arrangement/layout drawings, list out BOM for custom specific accessories and prepare budgetary costing
As technical lead, discuss, propose, define final engineered technical system solution with the customer including writing techno-commercial offer
On Order receipt, execute the proposed solution based on defined contractual specification.
Make sure the project is delivered in accordance to specification, on time and within budget.
Cross functional interaction with technical, vendor development & purchasing department to convert customer requirement specification into an actionable BOM
Customer interaction (understanding VOC of customer, making right bundled VJ solutions for customer). Approx. 60 – 70% time is customer facing
Regular coordination with Internal (procurement, logistics, Sales coordinator, sales & marketing, finance, product team) and External (Customers and Vendors) agencies
Interact with Line-Managers for Daily Business Update, participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual meetings with higher management

Excellent communication and interviewing skills to accurately grasp customer needs, foster collaboration, and effectively convey application engineering to development, vendor team to get desired execution result.

The Project executive should be well planner in terms of smooth execution of customer needs. Additionally, the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and redirect resources optimally is crucial for maximizing ultimate impact and achieving business objectives.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL WHO HAS:
Proven Experience in Project Planning and Development: The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in project planning, development, and installation, preferably within the marking and coding industry or a related field. Experience in system conceptualization to commercialization, is highly desirable.
Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing the required logic/process to drive effective and optimized result
Effective Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling them to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global counterparts. The ability to communicate project requirement, gather feedback from customer, and align vendors/ resources towards common objectives is crucial for success in this role.
Strategic Vision and Adaptability: Strategic mindset and the ability to envision long-term business plans basis on market trends and customer needs. However, flexibility and adaptability are equally important, allowing the candidate to navigate changing market dynamics and adjust strategies as needed to drive business growth and innovation.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor Engg Degree or Diploma in Kinematics/Mechatronics/Electronics/Mechanical/Instrumentation
Certificate course in IT, networking and VB/.Net/SQL/XML Programming will be added advantage
WORK EXPERIENCE–
Rich field sales experience in an Indian or a multi-national company for leading Turn Key major projects.
5-7 Yrs in Industrial/Plant Automation, Packaging line Solution provider, SPM, PLC based workstation automation, System Integrator
