Job Description:

"We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our B2B client base in the India/UAE/US/EU region. They will work closely with the leadership team to execute a strategic sales plan and develop and grow sales in the fields of functional medicine, anti-aging clinics, and high-end wellness, ayurvedic centers."

Location - Delhi / Gurgaon

Experience - 7 - 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and hit annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth and market penetration in the assigned region.

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and building new relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Drive sales growth by managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.

  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the digital product development landscape, including industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.

  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Represent Windmill at industry events, seminars and conferences, fostering brand awareness and establishing the company as a thought leader in the digital product space.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set sales targets and develop strategies for achieving them.

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines, providing regular updates to the leadership team.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

  • Establish and leverage relationships with channel partners.

  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

  • Product listing in various E-Commerce platforms.

    Requirements:

  • Develop and grow the company's B2B clientele among functional medicine clinics and practitioners, health and wellness centers and anti-aging clinics."

  • Minimum of 7-8  years of experience in sales, with a focus on healthcare products, preferably in the field of wellness and preventive medicine

  • Require experience in IT / Software Sales (Healthcare /Pharma domain preferred)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

  • Deep understanding of the wellness and preventive healthcare landscape, including industry trends and competitor offerings.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience of selling design and development services.

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

  • MBA/BBA degree or equivalent.

  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills being a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

  • The ideal candidate should possess a background in attending seminars and conferences, with a proven track record of effectively promoting and selling the company's products
