It is a secure, IP-based, distributed connectivity solution that offers Remote Takeover and Diagnostics, Telemetry and Event Management, Software Distribution, and Remote Scripting & Provisioning.

What you’ll achieve
As a Cross Product Lead, you will build relationships with multiple stakeholders, work across portfolios and products to drive solutions to enterprise business problems. Connectivity/IoT is an asynchronous messaging system in which all communications are initiated from the customer side. With over 60K customers globally, we make a difference by managing critical customer infrastructure in near real time and without physical presence in data centers.
Work across portfolios & products to drive solutions to enterprise business problems.
Facilitate communication with key product stakeholders to define roadmaps and monitors and resolves impediments across teams.
Coordinate work and delivery across teams and functions for interlocks and areas of high complexity, and all aspects of a release lifecycle, including development and test activities.
Through enhanced communication, relationship building and conflict management skills, lead multiple stakeholders through solutions that are best for Dell.
Investigate and coordinate any required tech risk assessments, roll up outcome attainment, roadmap & learnings across backlogs.

12+ years of professional experience in engineering or product management, advanced software engineering and program/project management skills
Experience working with vendor partners through technical engagement
Knowledge of data analytics and best practices for the full software development life cycle
Understanding of Lean Software Development processes such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate, present and consult with product teams to develop strategies to meet business goals and understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations
