Adecco US, Inc. Regional Purchasing Manager in Delaware, Ohio

Adecco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Purchasing Manager to lead our client’s purchasing team and drive cost savings and operational efficiencies. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, manage supplier relationships, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in sourcing, purchasing, or manufacturing project management.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies, contract law, and procurement processes.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant procurement software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process Optimization: Streamline the procure-to-pay process, develop standard work procedures, and improve overall efficiency.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Execute sourcing strategies at the facility level to maximize cost savings and ensure supplier performance.

  • Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations, ensure compliance with contract terms, and identify opportunities for contract optimization.

  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Financial Management: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze cost data, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing purchasing team.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
