JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clear tables promptly after guests leave, removing dishes, glassware, and silverware Clean and reset tables according to our restaurant\'s standards, ensuring they are ready for new guests Assist in setting up the dining area before service, including placing tablecloths, silverware, and glassware Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and tables Refill water glasses and coffee cups as needed Assist servers with delivering food to tables when necessary Stock service stations with supplies such as linens, silverware, and glassware Transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area Wipe down and sanitize service stations, countertops, and other areas as directed Help with opening and closing duties, such as preparing linens and setting up or breaking down the dining area Respond to guests\' needs when servers are unavailable, ensuring a pleasant dining experience ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time Physical stamina and strength to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Basic understanding of sanitation and safety principles in a restaurant environment No prior experience required, though previous experience in a similar role is a plus ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.lakelawnresort.com/info/careers/
