POSITION SUMMARY To load parts onto the line by sales order, color, and any special criteria. Hours: M-TH 1 PM-11 PM. VALUES Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Load parts densely while keeping up with the line speed. Load parts so they do not hold water. Rotate to different positions when needed. Able to communicate with team members. Use the labels to identify what part the color is. Understands the QCDSM boards and contributes to continuous improvement activities in the department ATTRIBUTES Lift up to 50 pounds. Able to take direction. Function in a fast-paced environment. Able to differentiate parts of different colors. The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
