Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor or designate, the Maintenance Technician will repair and maintain machinery, mechanical equipment, and company facilities. This role supports both production and manufacturing engineering, involving tasks such as tooling and assembly of new machines. Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting plant equipment, ensuring safe operation practices, coordinating maintenance projects, sourcing components, and working on the development of new manufacturing equipment. Compliance with lean and ISO standards is required.
