The Opportunity
If you are reading this, we could guess two things about you: that you have a passion for serving customers and working with your hands to resolve challenges!
As our Service Technician, you will maintain and service all JBT chemical systems and machinery in customer packinghouses on a routine basis to ensure that they are functioning properly and are in good repair as determined by management.
Key Responsibilities
Mixing and testing chemicals in the field to verify proper dilution and effectiveness
Developing effective relationships with personnel and management
Maintaining proper records of chemical use to assure machinery down time is kept to a minimum
Being responsible for inventory cost control and summer repair parts list
