Stetson University seeks applicants and nominations for a full-time position with the Centurion Sales Program as a Program Support Specialist. The position will be located at Stetson’s DeLand, Florida, campus in the Centurion Sales Program offices. This position, highly integral to the continued growth and vibrancy of the institution, is a highly collaborative and “hands-on” initiative within the School of Business Administration and the Centurion Sales Program. The Program Support Specialist will manage sales lab facilities, coordinate national and international sales competitions, manage corporate sponsorships, and promote student, campus, and alumni engagement.
The Program Support Specialist manages a variety of Program activities for the Executive Director, Faculty, and Professional Sales students. As a primary liaison to Program corporate sponsors, the Program Support Specialist is responsible for managing invoicing, budgets, and student engagement events. This position maintains official University Sales Center Alliance (USCA) documents and accreditation reviews; and serves as a member of the instructional team to assist with a variety of classroom tasks. In collaboration with Centurion Sales Program faculty, primary outcomes involve the planning and execution of student academic and experiential learning strategies for reaching enrollment goals for a double-major, major, or minor in Professional Sales within the School of Business Administration or the University.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Employment duties include, but are not limited to:
Daily responsibilities include consistent collaboration with faculty, students, and Centurion Sales Program corporate sponsors; Live conversations, personal e-mails, texts, notes, individual appointments, and group presentations are expected
MANAGE SALES LAB FACILITIES
Serve as primary contact/liaison with Intelligent Video Solutions (IVS) “VALT”
Schedule all student lab activities (role play simulations)
Lead sales lab tours (corporate partners/ incoming students/current students)
Train all students on sales lab policies and procedures
Manage student video files and content (often exceeds 100+ video files)
COORDINATE SALES COMPETITIONS
ICSC/NCSC/Challenger Sales Comp (OKC)/Global Bilingual/Selling with the Bulls/virtual
Student travel arrangements and documentation
MANAGE CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS
Schedule guest speakers
Coordinate student events with corporate sponsors
Manage and track sponsor donations
Compose corporate sponsor communications
Business community outreach
STUDENT/ CAMPUS/ ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT
Create and facilitate student cultural credit events
Manage Centurion Sales Program social media channels
Manage HubSpot alumni account
Coach students and participate in role plays when needed
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE
Manage invoicing and budgets for promotional activities
Provide administrative support as needed
Perform other position and site specific duties as assigned

Required Experience
Must be a graduate of Stetson University and have successfully completed a course in Professional Selling and Communication from the Centurion Sales Program
Must be knowledgeable about all aspects of Stetson University including academic programs, campus life, events and activities, orientation, Hatter Athletics, housing, financial planning, billing, college policies, and important dates

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
