Qualifications
- The driver must also be able to operate a forklift and complete all required training and certification for equipment usage
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Must hold a valid Class B CDL driver's license for the type of vehicle being operated
- Must successfully complete all company training and certification requirements regarding equipment usage, including obtaining McCoy's forklift certification
- Must be qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle under FMCSR rules, including having a current and unrestricted DOT physical card
- Ability to drive safely and use navigation tools such as GPS and maps
- Ability to maintain basic logs and records and plan delivery routes
- Ability to carry out a series of instructions without constant supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds, and push/pull 50-pound loads
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand highway
