This position is ideal for self-starters with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working in an innovative environment. Located in the Deerfield Beach, Florida, area, this Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary in nature.
What you get to do every day
Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions
Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Interact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems Requirements - Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
General familiarity with Superior Customer Service
Proven knowledge of Computer Hardware
Knowledge of Workstation Support
Operations experience
Foundational knowledge in Communication Skills
Well-founded grasp of Service Level Agreements
Experience with Deskside Support
Troubleshoot experience
