Closet Factory Assistant Director of Sales in Deerfield Beach, Florida
Responsible for the sales revenue of the company. This includes the development of plans and strategies to maximize sales and profits through effective recruitment and training programs. The result being the attainment of corporate financial goals/objectives and growth. Responsibilities: * Building a strong sales team that can deliver period over period sales increases. * Interview, hire and train new sales personnel. * Constantly monitor sales personnel for periodic performance evaluations and termination if necessary. * Responsible for meeting company close ratio metrics.. * Ensures positive communications are maintained between the sales organization and engineering, installation/office management. * Ensures adherence to all company sales policies and procedures. * Ensures that each designer sales representative meets the company’s requirements for percent to standard on each sale. * Ensure that workforce planning is in effect for proper number of designers to tactically cover the lead generation driven by the company. * Works closely with the management team to ensure customer satisfaction. * Develops geographic sales strategies for the future growth of the company.
